By accessing or using the JobTitan website (www.jobtitan.io) and its associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the platform.

How It Works

Account Creation

• Users must sign in to their account by clicking on the "Sign In" button at www.jobtitan.io.
• First-time users will need to create an account by clicking on the "Get Started" button.
• During account creation, users must provide the following information: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone Number.
• After account creation, users will be presented with a selection of industries to choose from. JobTitan offers services in five industries: Cleaning, Construction, Painting, Landscaping, and Roofing.
• Users must subscribe to at least one industry to access full job details. The subscription fee is $9.99 per month per industry.
• Upon being presented with the pricing dialog, users have the option to decline payment by clicking the "X" button at the top right of the dialog box. If they choose not to pay, they may browse job listings, but the job descriptions and contact details will be locked until payment is made.
• Once subscribed, users can also filter job listings by entering their zipcode and setting a search radius of up to 100 miles.

Monthly Subscription

• By subscribing to JobTitan, users acknowledge that they are enrolling in a recurring subscription service.
• The payment method provided during signup will be automatically charged every 30 days unless the subscription is canceled.

Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time directly from their profile by using the cancel method.
• Alternatively, users can request cancellation by emailing [email protected].
• Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and users will not be charged further.
